Sales Representatives
The main thing to avoid with sales reps is rep turnover. After all, what does turnover mean? The rep was most likely unsuited for your company and needed to be terminated. An entirely new search and interview process will have to happen which can take valuable time. In the meantime, your company doesn't have a sales representative and is losing out on reorders and an increased customer base.
Saving Time
When you work with MRP, the legwork of finding a suitable sales agent is already done. All you have to do is establish a model of the agents you desire, and then we search through our database for the right agent. This is especially helpful for new companies who might not even know where to look for a rep or which type of rep is most suitable. We have the experience to help you out.
In our database we have profiles of sales agents who are experienced with working with new companies. What you'll receive is a handpicked roster of ten or more agents for each territory, with a ranking system so you can gauge who is most appropriate. If the number one sales agent doesn't work, you can go to another of the selected profiles.
What this means is that even if there is turnover within the MRP system, it will be much faster to find a new agent. Ideally, you'll find an agent that you'll want to work with again and again. MRP is about setting up long-term relationships with agents, not just about finding an agent for one upcoming project.
